Ingredients
Airliaid pulp, Hot melt adhesive, Nonwoven fabric, Polyethylene film

Direction
Remove the sanitary pads from the package. Pull out the adhesive plastic and place the first fold slightly above the seam of the underwear. Let both wings fit right next to the legs.
Put on your underwear as usual and use your hands to make sure the tampon is firmly attached to the  underwear. Then fold both wings down and attach them completely.
Should be replaced every 3-4 hours for cleanliness and good hygiene.
